About The Balloon Flight.
A balloon Safari experience as narrated by a customer….
A recent traveler said, “When was the last time you did something for the first time?” Well, I just did. I took my maiden flight in a hot air balloon. And I don’t think I’ve really come down to earth yet!
Our Balloon Safari Experience began pretty early that morning, when their cheerful crew came and picked us up at our hotel. My friends and I were brimming with anticipation and threw a barrage of questions at the crew, which they answered happily.
Soon, we reached the launch site and were greeted with a scene of bustling activity. The mammoth balloons were being unwrapped and we immediately whipped out our cameras to record this unusual sight. We met our pilot, who then got busy lighting what looked like a flame-thrower and the fire began to heat up the air inside the balloon. The fabric swelled out majestically, the balloon became upright and our air chariot was ready for us.
We were helped into the basket – I believe it’s called a gondola – and made ourselves comfortable. Then, it seemed as if someone released the invisible ropes that tie us to mother earth, we swayed a little, there was a sudden flare of flames above us… and we were up, up and away.
We were lifted gently, watching the earth fall away below us.

The Balloon Safari Experience:
Pre flight activity: About 30 minutes between the reporting time and flight takeoff – A brief orientation
program is conducted by the pilot on the art and science of hot air ballooning.
Duration of flight: About one hour of sheer magical in air experience of floating over Castles or Palaces
or gracing the Mountains or the Lakes or Villages.
Post flight activity: On landing which normally always happens in village areas and the balloon with their
sheer size & phenomenal attraction make hoards of people run towards it and surround it. This creates
a kaleidoscope of rural Indian culture & colors that simply astounds the tourist with something that they
have always been wanting to experience. This is combined with witnessing the giant balloon take
miniature state while being deflated and packed into a bag by our team of enthusiastic and highly
trained crew members.
Pick up and drop: We provide free pick up and drop from & to the hotel & is absolutely not bargained or
negotiated.
F&B services: A choice of hot and cold beverages is served with cookies at the launch site.
Onboard services: Packaged drinking water is kept on board.
• Operating Licenses, Other Permits & Legal Conditions:
License: Functions under a NSOP issued by the DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, and Government of India.
Air Traffic Control: All flights are permitted & cleared for flight by the ATC whenever and wherever ATC jurisdiction exists.
Insurance Policy: All flights are comprehensively insured as per existent international hot air ballooning norms. In case more details are desired please call us with specific questions on value or policy terms and conditions.
Government Regulation on board: Strictly adheres to the statutory regulation laid by the Government for all aviation companies and does not permit Alcohol and Smoking on board.

Other Description
• Some Recommendations: -
Clothing: Comfortable, preferably cotton. For ladies not comfortable in western clothing it is suggested
that pls avoid Sarees and wear Salwar suits instead.
Foot wear: Flat and preferably closed front.
Eye Wear: Pls carry your goggles
Baggage on board: Please carry minimum possible as this shall cause reduced passenger space and
discomfort to fellow passengers.
Medical conditions: Pls do let us know if you have any history. Strongly recommended that pregnant
women should not be taking any chances and should report their status to the pilot.
Budget your time: Please keep about three hours for the safari, the same shall generally cover your
transit time to and from hotel.
Tips & Gifts: Please refrain from giving any tips or gifts on the launch or landing sites as this might create
a mobbing like situation.

• Payment Advance Policy:
At least 50% of the billing amount shall be required to guarantee reservation.
100 % payment shall be required at least one day before the day of the flight.
All payments have to be made in the name of M/S E-Factor Adventure Tourism (P) Ltd.
• Mode of Payment:
We accept cash in INR / USD / Euros / Pound Sterling.
Payments can be made on our bank a/c..
We accept cheques against advance payments and at least two week before the day of the flight after which only the above shall be accepted with the exception of a demand draft in our company’s name & should be payable at par.
• Cancellation / Refund Policy:
All Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions.
We offer full refund for all cancellations that happen due to weather conditions .
We offer full refund in case of any cancellations that happen due to any operational problems or regulatory issues.
No refunds are offered for cancellations due to non appearance/non availability of the booked passenger on the date of the flight as per the stipulated reporting time.
In case of cancellation, more than 60 days before the day of the flight, no retention charge will be levied.
In case of a cancellation between 60 days and 15 days prior to the commencement of the function,
Company reserves the right to charge 25% of the invoice as retention.
In case of a cancellation between 14 days and 5 days prior to commencement of the flight, Company reserves the right to charge 50% of the total invoice as retention.
In case of a cancellation less than 5 days prior to commencement of the flight, Company reserves the right to charge 100% of the invoice as retention.
In the event of postponement of the flight to another date within 20 days of flight booking date, it would be treated as a cancellation and the above guidelines would apply.
